The geometric structure will provide a large specific surface area. The capillary function of the screen also increases the wettability of the surface area. When filling, the upper and lower packing trays cross 90°, which has the advantages of high efficiency, reduced pressure and large flow. 

Main features:
The corrugated plate of the packing is punched with many small holes about 5mm, which can coarsely distribute the liquid on the plate and strengthen the horizontal mixing. The corrugated plates are rolled into small grooves, which can finely distribute the liquid on the plates and enhance the surface wetting performance. The metal orifice corrugated packing has high strength and strong corrosion resistance, which is especially suitable for large diameter towers and occasions with heavy gas and liquid loads.

Application range:
It is especially suitable for precision distillation and vacuum distillation devices, and provides an effective means for the distillation of difficult-to-separate and heat-sensitive substances. Despite its high cost, it has been widely used because of its excellent performance.
