Alumina Ceramic Structured Packing for chemical packing

Ceramic structured packing has similar structure with grid structured packing, which is composed of several smooth surface corrugated sheets in 60° or 45°. The angle of inclination of the corrugations of adjacent sheets is reversed with respect to the vertical column axis, forming mixing cells at every point where the corrugation intersect.
 
Ceramic structured packing Features:
1. High liquid & vapor loading, Column diameter could be designed smaller for new equipment and capacity could be increased
dramatically for existing column revamp.
2. High resistance to nearly all mineral and organic acids and derivatives, partly resistant to alkalis.
3. High mass-transfer efficiency. Much higher specific surface area than random packing.
4. Low pressure drop, considerable energy savings.
5. Wide turn down ratio. Easy to scale up.
6. Suitable for all sizes of column.

Application:
Not only widely used in coal gas washing tower, fertilizer heat gas saturation tower, naphthalene washing tower, ammonia washing tower, but also as the support for heat exchange machine , catalyst, and suit for a big tower rebuilding/revamp.

Metal Random packing Workshop
Metal integrated stamping workshop has 22 The original multi process integrated stamping die is equipped with intelligent detection device, which is free of maintenance for 300000 times .

Tower internals workshop
The workshop is equipped with 2 * 6m 3000W large laser cutting equipment, servo CNC bending machine, CNC turret punch, laser welding machine, shearing machine and other high-end equipment.
