Silicon carbide foam ceramic filter using polyurethane foam sponge as a carrier, silicon carbide mainly squeezed into the foam sponge, and then squeeze out the slurry,the slurry around the foam fiber, after drying, baking at high temperature, polyurethane thermal decomposition, leaving foam ceramic products, namely silicon carbide foam ceramic filter. The silicon carbide foam ceramic filter, with the three- dimensional mesh interconnection structure of foam sponge, can make metal liquid reflect rectification, mechanical screening, filtration cake, adsorption and other filtration mechanisms to effectively improve the purity of metal liquid, reduce waste rate, reduce mechanical processing loss, thus improve production efficiency and reduce production cost.

It is mainly used to filter and purify the filtration of ductile cast iron, ash cast iron,aluminum, copper and other alloy metal liquid, effectively remove large inclusions in metal liquid, adsorb smell magazines, reduce the content of gas and harmful elements in metal liquid, improve the metal matrix organization, and improve the mechanical properties of castings.

High porosity, Low loss of thermal shock, High mechanical strength at normal and high temperature, Large specific surface, Good chemical stability and Excellent filtering functions ofscreen, filtering residuum collection and adsorption especially for tiny impurity of 1~10μm. The three-dimensional structure can improve the cast quality in large scale by changing the molten metal from turbulence flow to lamellar flow, removing the gass and smoothing the casting. Ceramic foam filter is not only applied for molten metal filtering in high temperature, but gas treatment in high temperature, carrier of catalyzer, solid heat exchange and advanced filling for chemical industry.

The size are available in square, round and custom geometric shapes; sizes ranging from 10mm up to 600mm, and thicknesses from 10-50mm. The most common porosities are 10ppi, 15ppi, 20ppi, 25ppi. Higher porosities are available upon request. Custom-made cut-to-size filters are also possible.

Intelligent Stereoscopic warehouse
We have built up the single cargo space largest intelligent warehouse in China, which is calculated and managed by WMS,WCS system. The whole integrated workshop through AGV automatic distribution, The covered area is 3100 square meters, height of 24 meters and a capacity of 80000 cubic meters that can store 20000 cubic meters of finished products & 3000 ton of raw material. 

Precision mold workshop
The workshop is equipped with the CNC machining center ,CNC engraving machine,large-scale electric pulse machine lathe,NC lathe,medium speed wire-cut EDM and a batch of high-end machine tool processing equipment. we have developed a multi slide automatic repair free technology of 1 million times, and developed a multi process integrated stamping repair free technology of 500000 times. 

Tower internals workshop
The workshop is equipped with 2 * 6m 3000W large laser cutting equipment, servo CNC bending machine, CNC turret punch, laser welding machine, shearing machine and other high-end equipment. The workshop has an annual output of 8000 tons of trays and internals, and is equipped with 
automatic degreasing and pickling purification line to meet the different needs of customers and keep improving.
