Tower Internals mainly including liquid distributor,packing clamp device,packing support,liquid again distributor and in and out feeding equipment,gas in and out feeding and demister etc.It's role in addition to support tower packing,main purpose is making the liquid got higher effect's contact,make full play to the advantages of the packing tower.

Trough liquid distributor is the most important part in the tower, is usually composed of shunt slot (also known as the main channel or first slot), distribution groove (also called sub slot or second slot). The first slot divide the liquid into several streams through the bottom hole, then the liquid reach the second slot,the second slot distribute the liquid into the packing layer through the hole channel.
 

Product Material

Liquid Distributor can be made of various materials, depending on its use. The range of distributors is made in a wide range of materials both metal and plastic.

Metal: Stainless steel 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 410, Carbon steel, other materials on request.

Plastic: PP, PVDF, PE, other materials on request.

We can customize all distributors according to your specification or drawings.

 

Product Type

Liquid distributors for applications fall into two main categories, gravity type distributors (e.g. weir type and orifice type) and pressure type distributors (e.g. ladder pipe, spray).

Trough liquid distributor: It has through type and through-pan type, which is widely used in the heavy liquid and gas load, high viscosity liquid and liquid with suspended solid.

Orifice liquid distributor: It can be divided into perforated platetype and pan type. The liquid will flow down through perforated holes or overflow from the annulus between the distributor and the vessel. It is suitable for the small diameter tower, which is smaller than the 800 mm.

Orifice ladder liquid distributor: Single row or double row perforated pipes will evenly distributed the liquid to the packing bed through perforated holes under the pipe. It is widely used in the medium liquid, reduced pressure distillation towers and wire gauze structured packing towers. It can be made into ladder shapes and ring shapes.

Spray nozzle liquid distributor: Hemispherical spray nozzle will distribute the liquids evenly to the random or structured packing bed. There are numerous small holes in 3-10 mm on the nozzle. It is suitable for the smaller diameter packed tower, which is smaller than 600 mm.

The injection molding workshop has 28 advanced production lines in the world. It adopts European standard large tonnage precision injection molding machine, equipped with three-axis servo manipulator, visual monitor and centralized feeding system to ensure that the annual output of 
100000 cubic meters of finished products without any quality problems. 

Metal Random packing Workshop
Metal integrated stamping workshop has 22 The original multi process integrated stamping die is equipped with intelligent detection device, which is free of maintenance for 300000 times .

Tower internals workshop
The workshop is equipped with 2 * 6m 3000W large laser cutting equipment, servo CNC bending machine, CNC turret punch, laser welding machine, shearing machine and other high-end equipment. The workshop has an annual output of 8000 tons of trays and internals, and is equipped with automatic degreasing and pickling purification line to meet the different needs of customers and keep improving.
