There are many types of float valves, such as round floats and strip valves, currently mainly uses round valves. The most commonly used one is the F1 type, and the domestic ministerial standard (JB1118). The standard material can be carbon steel, stainless steel or acid-resistant steel; the thickness of the light valve is 1.5mm, the weight is about 25g, the thickness of the heavy valve is 2mm, and the weight is about 33g.

 

The float valve is attached to the desired height on the vessel wall and is connected to the supply conduit. When the liquid level rises, the float rises and closes the valve through the lever arm. When the liquid level drops, the supply line opens and the medium flows in until it reaches its respective level.

Application areas: industrial water treatment, chemical processing industry.

Trays are used in mass transfer operations where pressure drop limitations are not critical. They are mainly used in high-pressure distillation operations.

Plastic Random Packing Workshop
The injection molding workshop has 28 advanced production lines in the world. It adopts European standard large tonnage precision injection molding machine, equipped with three-axis servo manipulator, visual monitor and centralized feeding system to ensure that the annual output of 
100000 cubic meters of finished products without any quality problems. 

Metal Random packing Workshop
Metal integrated stamping workshop has 22 The original multi process integrated stamping die is equipped with intelligent detection device, which is free of maintenance for 300000 times .

Tower internals workshop
The workshop is equipped with 2 * 6m 3000W large laser cutting equipment, servo CNC bending machine, CNC turret punch, laser welding machine, shearing machine and other high-end equipment. The workshop has an annual output of 8000 tons of trays and internals, and is equipped with automatic degreasing and pickling purification line to meet the different needs of customers and keep improving.
